I feel like the spirit never changes no matter how many pounds you out on or off. It depends on how you take it in. It depends on how you feel.

WOOT!

I rediscovered my yoga tape while cleaning my room!! and since when i tried to start jillian up again last night i had to switch all the jumping cardio (jumping jacks, jump roping, and butt kicks) to the squat and punch thing she does i think i am going to do the yoga instead today. I can’t jump, it is to much on my ankle :( walking is good, i can’t run again yet and i havent tried swimming yet but its just not the week for swimming lol

So HUZZAH to finding my yoga tape! now I can do more than take a walk outside in the 95 degrees outside! lol even anya doesn’t want to play outside today

Maybe TMI?

So I have PCOS, which on top of everything else special it does for me makes my body hold onto weight like there is no tomorrow. I have been doing some research on like what people have done to handle it right.

Now it is a big A+ for me that I am pescitarian, which means I don’t eat meat except for fish. Apparently that is a good direction to go for people with PCOS.

NEW things I have learned: it should be better for me to eat multiple small meals a day instead of 3 larger ones ( which is really hard for me to do because my dad is very used to a giant dinner). Also if i am going to eat carbs, like bread cereals and such, make sure that they are whole grain not overly processed. This is also really hard because i am not going to lie i am in deep deep love with white breads.

So I think I am going to try to integrate both of those things into my diet. First I am going to start with the smaller meals. I need to talk to my dad about it because it also effects him but i think i can make it happen. I am going to work towards that in June. Then in July I am going to try to cut out the white grains and stick to whole grains. It is going to be SO FREAKING HARD!

Well idk if that was to much information but EH! lol i needed to tell someone

Oh HIA! this is part of why i miss soccer… i mean there are numerous other reasons but the boys i used to train with are big ones
