I am on a journey to loving my body. This blog basically started as a way to help me keep motivation to work out and eat right, but that has changed to me trying to make the best ME I possibly can. Yes, that includes still eating healthy and getting my lazy ass to the gym, but it also means going out with friends and not denying myself the things I love. I will never be the person to give up all sweets, stop eating, go to the gym 5 or 6 days a week, or stop having wine/beer.
I am a Pescetarian ( I follow a vegetarian diet with seafood). I love Dancing, soccer, rowing, swimming, and kickboxing. And on a good day when I am not denying it to myself I like to run.
I will meet my goals, and I will be happy. Moderation in everything is the key :]

While packing to move into my first ever solo apartment I found a journal entry I wrote my senior year of high school.
It was written by a extremely sad, lonely, lost girl who didnt know how to deal with her life. Didn’t know how to make the things she wanted a reality, didn’t know how to love…
I think I’m starting to really believe the positives about myself. I have friends and family that love me. And it is time I also love me. Because I deserve it (I guess sometimes moving unearths the things we need to see )
